I have to admit, working out isn't easy for someone with a limb difference. Half the battle is making sure you're working out your residual limb just the same as your other, otherwise you'll end up with one lopsided-looking arm. Fortunately for me, I've found a couple adaptive solutions to help build muscle in my right arm.
